The amazing queen of a romanesque era, Eleanor d'Aquitaine.
She was the wife of Henry II, and mother of Richard Lionheart.
Eleanor was the most rich woman of her time, and the most desirable heir of Europe. She was married before with Louis VII of France, and after with Henry II of England.
As queen of France, Eleanor participated in the 2nd Crusade.
When she felt in love with Henry, she got the annulment to can marry with him and become the queen of England.
She also declare war against Henry in favour of their sons, but lost and was taken prisioner for ten years of her life.
After the death of king, she returns to the court and reigh besides of Richard Lionheart, been the regent whe he is on the 3th Crusade.
Eleanor is one of my favorite queens!
